my son and husband
About this Cook
I am married i have two children a 2 year old and a 8 month old. i love to bake when i get the time. i try to find out new ways to make food my grandmother use to make. i love to find new things to try, and succeed.
My favorite things to cook
pizza, steak, cake, candies, cookies
My favorite family cooking traditions
My parents and grandparents always have large parties for every holiday, i try to do the same, but hopefully i can keep the cooking tradition alive with my daughter
My cooking triumphs
i use to always have trouble cooking i would burn everything or i would forget about it. but i have grown up since then and learned how to time my meals. so i am learning and learning never to old to find out how to do something new.
My cooking tragedies
so far nothing horrible, i have dropped a three tier wedding cake on the floor, and i have had a few faults in my cooking where i added to much salt so thats all you could taste, but they were more learning experiences for me

Pork Sausage Gravy
it was good my husband liked it. i would use it again, i might tinker with it a little bit i thought it was a little too bland for my liking next time i may add a little cayanne pepper. for a little added kick. but i would recommend it to others thanks
