Egg-White Crepes

Reviewed: Nov. 20, 2011
SO yummy! Just as good as basic crepes, but better for you. My family considers these an absolute treat.

Sweet Potato Casserole II

Reviewed: Jan. 19, 2009
This is decadent. I love sweet potatoes, but I wanted something without the marshmallow topping. This recipe was every bit the treat that you would expect it to be for a holiday dinner. Sooooo yummy! (But it's not one I would use on a regular basis- it's a treat)

Bread Machine Pizza Dough

Reviewed: Jan. 19, 2009
I have searched for a good pizza dough recipe for YEARS, and this one is the very closest we have come to reproducing the flavour and texture of delivery pizza crust. It's really good!

Honey Baked Chicken II

Reviewed: Dec. 9, 2008
The whole fam agreed that this was really tasty! My only suggestion would be to cut the butter dramatically. Otherwise Great! I used a whole chicken, cut up but with skin still on. It was tasty, tender with crispy skin. Mmmm! This will be made regularly in our house!

Jay's Signature Pizza Crust

Reviewed: Sep. 9, 2009
Perfection! I make this in the bread machine so the dough is ready when I get home. It's just as described; chewy and soft with a crispy exterior...It's so quick and easy, pizza night has become weekly!

Decorator Frosting

Reviewed: Oct. 2, 2008
Great recipe!!! It was quick and easy to make, and spread really nicely. It's stiff enough to pile high, if you like thick frosting. I just spread frosting onto cupcakes, since I was adding sprinkles anyway, but it's soft enough that you could just as easily pipe it. New fave!!!

Sweet Cottage Cheese and Bananas

Reviewed: Jun. 18, 2008
It's also good if you cream the cottage cheese and honey first and then add the sliced bananas... tastes like banana pudding!

Creamy Rice Pudding

Reviewed: Jan. 7, 2010
I used leftover rice (so I skipped step one), and I left out the butter. SO YUMMY! My Grandma used to make rice pudding every Christmas so I wanted to carry on the tradition in her memory, but I didn't have the chance to get her recipe. This one is the closest I have found to the one she used to make. I will make this pudding every holiday season from now on!!!

Brown Sugar Oatmeal Pancakes

Reviewed: Mar. 20, 2007
My favorite pancakes! Very filling, and a nice change from the usual kinds. The kids Love them, too - but hubby prefers the "normal" ones. Note:they brown faster than regular pancakes.

Oatmeal Waffles

Reviewed: Mar. 20, 2007
SOOOOOO YUMMY! Worth the effort! I double the recipe every time so I have enough to freeze for a quick school lunch. By adding a little more brown sugar, the kids don't even add syrup.

Bread Machine Rolls

Reviewed: Dec. 28, 2006
My family absolutely LOVES these tender dinner rolls. They fill the house with an amazing aroma while they bake, so don't cook them too far ahead of the meal, or you may find they "go missing". At holiday meals, when I want to create some dining room drama, I only bring one batch. Everyone fights to get the last one! The only adjustment I have is on timing. My breadmaker takes 1 1/2hrs for dough, so my total time to make these is more like, 2hrs, 20min.

So good, even my kids liked it, and they are super fussy eaters!! (After reading some of the reviews I reduced the vinegar by half.)

Hearty Ham Casserole

Reviewed: Jan. 19, 2009
Pretty good, the kids liked it, but a little too salty for me. I guess between the ham and the cheese...otherwise, tasty and nice texture.
