OREO Mini PHILLY Cheesecakes

Simple and tasty. Need to add 1 tsp vanilla for flavor, otherwise they are a little bland. Also, use regular oreos, not double stuff.

Honey Butter

This recipe equals 1 Cup butter to 1/3 Cup honey. Delish! Good alone or add 1 tsp cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice for a twist. Good stuff!

These cookies were okay. They were moist, but I wasn't overwhelmed by the taste and didn't care for the texture. Probably will not make these again.

Slow Cooker Pulled Pork

So easy and very good! You will need more rootbeer than the recipe calls for to cover the pork, so I buy a liter bottle of rootbeer and just pour in that I need.

Whipped Cream Cream Cheese Frosting

I was skeptical about how stiff this frosting would be, but it was great and SOOOO delicious! The key is to make sure your whipped cream is beat to very stiff peaks. I put it on strawberry cake, it was very light and refreshing dessert. I can't wait to try it with lemon cupcakes! So good, I highly recommend!

Waaay too much ginger, if you follow the recipe as is. I used 1/2 of what it called for, and I still thought it was too much. Otherwise, the recipe was okay. I don't know if I will try making it again or not.

Mocha Buttercream Chocolate Espresso Cake

This cake was good, but not extremely moist. It recieved rave reviews at the party which I served it at, however I think it was mostly due to the frosting, which was delicious. In the furture I may use a boxed cake and follow the other instructions.

Cream Cheese Frosting II

I would give this recipe 10 stars if I could! I am a professional baker and have tried many cream cheese icing recipes; this one beats them all by far! At first I was skeptical because of how little sugar the recipe calls for, but it was perfect without any alterations! Not too sweet and perfect on cupcakes. I don't think this would work for decorating a cake, but for cupcakes, perfecto!

Pumpkin Bundt Cake

I made this recipe as cupcakes. They were good, but I wasn't impressed with the pumpkin flavor. I thought the pumpkin was over-powered by the butterscotch, and I even added 1/2 Cup more pumpkin. I served the cupcakes with cream cheese icing, and it made them taste much, much better. Good recipe, just not the best if you want something with a lot of pumpkin flavor.

White Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake

Very good cheesecake! The only thing that I will change next time is to add more sugar to the raspberry sauce, it was very tart. Other than that, I highly recommend this recipe!
