Basic Fruit Smoothie

Yummy! I used pinapple juice for the sweetener. This is great in my vita mix. I use frozen fruit so no ice is needed. I also added tofu.

Cheddar Baked Chicken

Yum! My husband runs a fine dining restaurant and said this was good enough to put on the menu! Like another review suggested, I put it on broil for the last few minutes to make it golden and crispy. Thanks!

Italian Breaded Pork Chops

This was easy and even my picky toddlers loved it. I cut the breadcrumb mixture in half like the other reviews suggest and it worked great. Thanks!
