Lime Chicken Soft Tacos

Excellent starter recipe! I added sauteed red onions to the chicken which gave it a nice subtle crunch and added flavor. Used cilantro instead of oregano - just seemed weird with oregano. Topped with pepper jack and served in "lettuce cups" instead of tortillas. This was a big hit with my family!

Marinated Pork Tenderloin

Absolutely outstanding!!! I marinate for at least 8 hours and it comes out so moist and full of flavor

Actually Delicious Turkey Burgers

Absolutely wonderful! I took the suggestion of other reviewers and added soy sauce and Worcestershire. These were the best turkey burgers I've ever had!
