Apple Pie Filling

Reviewed: Mar. 28, 2007
I scale this recipie down to make just enough for one pie, and it is very good! I add a tad more cinnamon but other than that I follow the recipie exactly and it turns out great every time!

Dark Chocolate Cake II

Reviewed: Mar. 28, 2007
I made these into cupcakes, but I overcooked mine a little, so they had a slight burned taste to them :( They were very moist and very good. Next time i wont cook them so long :)

I reduced the recipie to half, because i wanted try them without making 40+ cookies. I also left out the walnuts, since I dont like them very much. The cookies were very, very good and very chewy! Absoultley delicious! I will defnitley makes these again!

Vanilla - Chocolate Powdered Sugar Frosting

Reviewed: Feb. 20, 2007
I made this recipie for my cousin's birthday. I had 24 large cupcakes and it was enough frosting for frosting all the cupcakes + writing "HAPPY 6th B-DAY CASEY" + a little more. Great recipie, my only little issue would be it's a little "buttery" tasting, but next time i'll add a little more vanilla, and try the chocolate version. Defnitley a keeper, Thanks!

Dark Chocolate Cake I

Reviewed: Feb. 20, 2007
I made this recipie into cupcakes for my cousin's 6th and he loved them! It made 24 LARGE cupcakes and they probably should have been cooked for 20 minutes, but i left mine in for 25 and the bottoms burned, just a little bit. They were really moist, even though I over cooked them :) Thanks for the recipie!

Ukrainian Apple Cake (Yabluchnyk)

Reviewed: Jan. 8, 2007
I recently made this for a Ukranian Christmas party I was invited too, and it was a big hit! I used mostly all purpose flour with some whole wheat and milk instead of cream, and it worked really well! I was so scared because when everthing was mixed the batter seemed really wet, but it baked thru really well. Thanks so much Olga!

Spaghetti Pie III

Reviewed: Dec. 19, 2006
Half my family loves spaghetti and the other half hates it, but with this recipie we all loved it! My only suggestion is that next time I would add a little of the meat mixture to the spaghetti, since that part was a tad bland.

A Number One Egg Bread

Reviewed: Dec. 19, 2006
I decided to divide the recipie in half and it still made a HUGE loaf! I had to add a little more flour because it was sticking to everything! I used it the next morning for french toast like others suggested and it was great. My only complaint was that it was a little "eggy" for me. Still a great recipie and it looked beautiful! Thanks so much!
