Easy Microwave Chocolate Cake

Wonderful cake for a midnight craving. Moist, warm, yummy. I did add the extra 1/2 cup of sugar and 1T of cocoa. And as I was out f vanilla extract, I used coconut extract and it is so yummy!

Banana Bread VI

This was so yummy! Just for fun I added a handful of white chocolate chips and 1/8 tsp. of cinnamon. So much for low fat! ;) Will make again!

This cake was so good. I made the following adjustments after reading the other reviews. I cut the sugar back to 1/2 cup of each. I added some pecans on top, cuz that is what we have plenty of in South Georgia right now. I put my batter in a 28x18 cm pan. Smaller than the 9x13 and the cake came out nice and moist and thick. Will make again and again!!!!!

Garlic Chicken

This recipe was quite bland. The garlic was barely noticable. I rarely add salt to my cooking, but I would have added it here, for some flavor.

Ham and Cheese Bowties

I love this recipe. I have made it several times and my family always loves it. I bought cheddar by mistake today instead of colby, but this dish turned out just as good. I also added mushrooms and omitted the salt. Since it is hot summer time in Georgia now I did't bake it but served it up right after mixing everything together and putting the parmesan cheese on top. Will for surely make again and try the peas that other members suggested!!!

Cousin Cosmo's Greek Chicken

This was fabulous! We got our kids to try spinach with this dinner. I would add more spinach next time, as we like it a lot. The cheese stuffing and sauce were just perfect.

Best Beef Stroganoff

Oh My Gosh!! This is the best recipe I have ever found! The wine and sour cream are so perfect together! We enjoy ours best over rice and I could easily make it once a week and no one in the house would complain. I do, however, eat most of my fill as I cook!!! So fabulous!!!!
