Reviewed: Dec. 23, 2012
Made this punch without alcohol for teenage daughters Christmas party. It was a big hit! My only regret is that I did not double the recipe.

Broccoli Casserole II

Great recipe! Only changes I made were to add some shredded cheese and some sliced jalapeno peppers. Dish was a big hit with the whole family.

Italian Bread Bowls

Reviewed: Aug. 18, 2012
My daughter fell in love with soup in a bread bowl and now we don't have to go to a restaurant to get it. Bowls were great but I did let them rise for more than the recipe called for.

Chicken Parmigiana

Reviewed: Feb. 23, 2012
Great Recipe. So simple and delicious. My picky teenagers love it. I like cutting my chicken breasts in half length-wise. The thinner breast meat seems to crisp up a little better.

Pumpkin Cheesecake II

Reviewed: Nov. 26, 2011
No one in my wife's family likes pumpkin pie. However they liked this pumpkin cheesecake and I get my holiday pumpkin fix. I followed the recipe exactly and it came out perfectly. Great recipe!

Baked Potato Pizza

Reviewed: Sep. 6, 2011
My kids recently visited a pizza restaurant near us that specializes in a baked potato pizza and loved it. I was really pleased to find this recipe and I followed it exactly. My kids loved it. It is very easy to make and a great change from traditional pizza.

Emily's Famous Hash Browns

Reviewed: Mar. 24, 2011
Great recipe! Kids just love them for breakfast. I make smaller patties of hash browns rather than one large patty and I resist the temptation to turn them until they are really done frying on one side. They turn out crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.

Spooky Halloween Eyeballs

Reviewed: Oct. 30, 2010
I made these for our high school girls volleyball end of season party. Originally I was afraid that the high school kids would find them too juvenile but I need not have worried. They were the hit of the dinner. As always I tried the recipe as originally written first and had no problems. The peanut butter truffle set up well and after awhile in the fridge was easy to work with. I did melt my chocolate in a double boiler. It adhered easily to the cool truffle and I only had to dip each ball once. Decorating is time consuming but well worth it. my only regret is that I didn't double the batch because they ran out so soon.

Salsa Chicken

Reviewed: Aug. 11, 2008
Great recipe! My picky teenagers loved it. I added diced green onions and Monteray Jack cheese at the end instead of the cheddar. So easy to make after a day at work.
