Reviewed: Oct. 8, 2013
Loved this. Finished off my best bottle of balsamic making this, and it was well worth it!

Wet Burrito

Reviewed: Jul. 12, 2013
Just like West MI! Not authentic Mexican, but who cares?! I cringed when I saw the jar of gravy in the ingredient list, but it makes the sauce taste just like home (a good thing). Don't try to make it fancy or authentic, just make it and enjoy! Better than most restaurants. Thanks for the recipe.

Hearty Skillet Supper

Reviewed: Oct. 26, 2010
Better than expected. Used only what I had on hand to clear out the refrigerator- zucchini and summer squash in place of potato, bit of beef broth and tomato juice in place of water, and half long grain /half brown rice. I also added some tomato paste. Fine in a pinch.

Blueberry Oat Muffins

Reviewed: Jan. 19, 2010
Very good, very easy. I didn't notice oatmeal in the finished product. I did sub. 1/2 brown sugar for white sugar, 1/2 cup whole wheat flour for the white flour, and half oil / half unsweetened applesauce. I will make these on a regular basis! 4 and 2 year olds enjoyed these as well.

Futzed around, worchestershire, soy, sweet hot mustard, garlic powder, apple cider vinegar, ketchup. Boiled marinade after cooking it with chops. Added packet of brown gravy to cut tang. Cooked chops covered about 30 min, well recieved!

Charleston Breakfast Casserole

Super easy to modify for individual tastes. Add 2 to 4 extra eggs, half or leave out butter, and let sit overnight in refrigerator. Wonderful.

Pork Chop and Cabbage Casserole

I tried to spice it up, maybe I should have added some cheese, but it was just too bland for my liking.
