The only ingredients I followed exactly were the mayo, milk and eggs. I modified everything else by adding additional ingredients (bacon, mushrooms). Great taste. Not too heavy. Even though the pie was baked through after 45 min when I cut into the quiche I noticed the bottom of my crust was not :( Although I'm not sure how it would work, I may pre-bake my crust for a bit before adding the egg mixture next time I make it.
