Grilled Stuffed Chicken Thighs
My boyfriend made this exactly as written in the oven. I made sugar snap peas with corn and curry rice for sides. Delicious! This chicken would go with almost anything.

Broiled Lobster Tails
Yum! First time making lobster tails. This was definitely quick and easy. The 1/2 c melted butter was way too much. Since I used a brush on the raw lobster I ended up throwing the remaining butter out. Maybe try 1/4 c melted butter? Other than that, perfect!

Red Cabbage
I used apple cider vinegar as suggested by other reviewers and less than the recipe called for. I also added onion, crushed red pepper, salt, and pepper. I tasted it halfway through and it needed salt to bring all the flavors out. I would make again but add the apple further into the cooking process. Served with Dr Pepper BBQ ribs and cheesy potatoes.
