Blueberry Cheesecake Ice Cream

Reviewed: Sep. 2, 2007
This was awesome!!! So rich and creamy. I left out the graham cracker crust part and used raspberries instead of blueberries. Everyone raved about it. My Mom is going to go buy and ice cream machine just because of this recipe!

Quick Mediterranean Pasta

I thought this recipe was just o.k. Maybe cause we ate it warm instead of cold. Made just as directions stated, but kinda bland.

This was awesome! My Mom and fiance loved it too. I diced the tomatoes and tossed them with breadcrumbs. It was so flavor full. I had to cook it a little longer than the directions said though.

S.O.B. (South of the Border) Casserole

Reviewed: Aug. 26, 2007
This was pretty good, my fiance gave it 10 stars. I made it just as the directions stated, but after tasting it I added some red peper flakes and hot sauce to mine as I like things spicey. But over all good, lot's of flavor for such few calories.

Fruit Pizza I

Reviewed: Aug. 22, 2007
I made this for a get together we went to this weekend and everyone loved it! I cut back on the sugar in the cream cheese a little though and it was still to sweet for me. But it was yummy and makes a beautiful impressive dessert! Worth making from scratch it was very simple and the crust tasted great, I think If I used the sugar cookie base it would have been a sugar overload, it's sweet enough without it.

This was pretty good for how quick and easy it is. I made it as the directions said, then when I served it I thought it needed a little oomph so I added some crushed red pepper flakes, It was yummy and had a little kick!

Chicken Tikka Masala

Reviewed: Aug. 9, 2007
This was pretty tasty, but tasted to much like tomatoes and not anything like our local indian place's tikka marsala.

Devil's Steak Sauce

Reviewed: Aug. 9, 2007
This was really good. It was a little to sweet though, so I think next time I'll cut back on the sugar. I made it with blackberry jam, as I didn't have raspberry, but it complemented our steaks nicely. Thanks for the recipe!

Aloo Phujia

Reviewed: Jul. 29, 2007
This was very tasty. I made a few changes, but only because I didn't have the ingredients the recipe calls for. I used 1 large sweet potato, and a handful of grape tomatoes. It was yummy.

This was so yummy. My fiance took one mouthful and goes wow this is really good. That has never happened, normally it's just good or pretty good. I will make this again really soon. Thank you so much for sharing the recipe!!I did have to thicken the sauce up a little with corn starch.

I tried this recipe the other night. No one gave any comments on it good or bad. I thought it was ok, but I think I'll just steam my cabbage from now on.

Peanut Brittle

Reviewed: Dec. 31, 2006
Easy to make turned out great. I took it to my moms for x-mas and everyone loved it and couldn't believe I made it. I made a second batch but ran out of white sugar and used 1/2 brown. Bad idea it was sooooo sticky. Not good made with brown sugar but perfect if made with white!!

Blueberry Scones

Reviewed: Nov. 27, 2006
I made this last night and it turned out awesome. Thanks so much for posting the recipe. My local store sells blueberry scones that are to die for and they have some sort of icing on top. It would make these a 15 out of ten if i could find a recipe for that icing. But very tasty w/o icing.
