Reviewed: Feb. 3, 2009
This was my first turkey and I was sooo nervous about it, but it literally fell off the bone and was sooo juicy! Perfect!

Banana Sour Cream Bread

Reviewed: Nov. 29, 2008
Omg.... this was soooo good!!!! So good! Everyone couldn't get enough of it and I used a suggested comment for the topping by mixing flour and brown sugar and butter and put it on top before baking and that was probably the best part! Yummy!

Blue Ribbon Overnight Rolls

Reviewed: Nov. 29, 2008
I thought they were ok... just like regular rolls... although I do have to say that my family loved them... at least more than I did.

Sweet Potato Casserole II

Reviewed: Nov. 29, 2008
My family is not a sweet potato family... we just never like them or eat them, yet my aunt makes them every year. I guess more for tradition. This year I knew she wasn't coming over, so I figured I'd try my hand at it this year with this recipe. What a great idea! These were delicious!!!! My family couldn't get enough of them and they were sooo good! I did do a few adjustments, but not much... I used about 5 cups of mashed sweet potatoes, used the light butter and splenda, 1 teaspoon of vanilla and that's about all I changed. Thanks for making my family love sweet potato casserole!

Double Layer Pumpkin Cheesecake

Reviewed: Nov. 29, 2008
This was a huge hit! I doubled the recipe to make two of them and used 5 cases of cream cheese and wanted more of a cheesecake layer, so spread a cup and a half of it on the first layer. I also used the pumpkin pie filling instead and it came out soooo delicious and perfect!

Ground Chicken Taco Burgers

Reviewed: Sep. 29, 2008
These were quite good! My boyfriend kept saying how he hates ground chicken, but he ate two of them! I added some sour cream and only used 2 egg whites. Even though it is a very wet mixture, I cooked it indoors (without using bread crumbs) on a grilling pan and had no problem. Delicious!

Cake Balls

Reviewed: Sep. 29, 2008
I'm giving this 5 stars because people were gobbling them up. They loved them! I actually didn't care for them too much, but I guess everyone else did. They were a huge hit!

Mushroom Pork Chops

Reviewed: Jul. 25, 2008
I thought this was fabulous. My boyfriend ate 4 pork chops! And was getting the rest of the gravy up with bread! He loved it! I sauted garlic in olive oil and put browned the pork chops in it. I then took them out and put them in a baking pan. I then put the chopped onion (which I coarsely chopped) and mushrooms in the pan and cooked those a little and added some red wine (Shiraz) which I had on hand. Cooked those for a while for the alcohol to be cooked out, then added cream of mushroom soup and golden mushroom soup with about 1/2 a cup of milk. I let that boil a little, then poured it over the pork chops in the baking pan. I covered it with foil and put it in the oven at 350 for about 45 minutes. It came out delicious with tons of gravy! The onions and mushrooms came out delicious. I thought the pork chops could have been a little more tender, but either way, great!

Bacon Roll Ups II

Reviewed: Oct. 14, 2006
Everyone loved these! I kinda thought they were too greasy, but everyone was obsessed with them. They were the hit of the party and I even had to give the recipe to several people.
