This turned out delicious. I don't think it's quite as puffy as traditional naan, but for my first time making it, it was great with tandoori chicken & basmati rice. i think for me that the biggest issue was that the dough was very difficult to work with. i used at least 5c of flour (which was ap, not bread). it was very very sticky and it stuck to everything. kneading by hand was impossible. i used my stand mixer for about 8min and got a very nice dough, but again, it was so sticky that my hands were covered by the time I rolled it over to coat with oil. otherwise, i would easily make this again. great taste and very fast to cook up.
