Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff I

i took the suggestion and added a french onion soup packet and it was way too salty with the cream of mushroom soup. I did also add sour cream and not the cream cheese. In my opinion, this was not the best recipe. I'd give it 6 out of 10 if I had to rate it that way. with some tweaking, it could be very good, but this time, not so much.

Pumpkin Muffins II

I think if I had left the recipe as it was written, it would have tasted like a spice rack, personally. I modded it to the following: 2C canned puree (no access to a sugar pumpkin in Feb!) 1tsp cloves 2tsp cinnamon 1tsp nutmeg ½tsp ginger (in place of allspice) ½C of raisins Baked for 22mins in my gas oven was perfect for a moist and delicious muffins that go over big time here with my husband and my 5yo picky son. Next time I may sub ½ the AP Flour for WW flour and sub applesauce for the oil. I might even add a whole cup of raisins since I prefer to have them in every bite! It's also possible to sub flaxseed for the egg if you're looking to go vegan.

Waffles I

Excellent recipe & simple to put together. I beat the whole eggs till light, apprx 3mins. I also used 1C whole wheat, 1C all purpose. My extremely picky child gobbled up an entire waffle & for my husband & I, I added 2 slices of crumbled bacon to the batter. PERFECT!

Naan

This turned out delicious. I don't think it's quite as puffy as traditional naan, but for my first time making it, it was great with tandoori chicken & basmati rice. i think for me that the biggest issue was that the dough was very difficult to work with. i used at least 5c of flour (which was ap, not bread). it was very very sticky and it stuck to everything. kneading by hand was impossible. i used my stand mixer for about 8min and got a very nice dough, but again, it was so sticky that my hands were covered by the time I rolled it over to coat with oil. otherwise, i would easily make this again. great taste and very fast to cook up.

Ninety Minute Cinnamon Rolls

These are very good for quick dough rolls. It did take about 90 minutes, and it was well worth it if you're short on time for a tasty breakfast treat. I added about 1/2 tsp of cinnamon to the dough. My only complaint was that the sugar filling became hard after cooling and they weren't gooey.

Artichoke Chicken
