This is a great recipe! I have also discovered a great way to serve any leftovers. Cut up the chicken and serve it cold with lettuce and almonds for a tremendous "grilled" chicken salad. As an extra bonus, leftover sauce can be used as a dressing! If yours is as thick as mine was, you might want to add some water to thin it out a bit, though.

I liked this, but it was a bit too peppery for me, and I like pepper. I'd cut the pepper down by at least a half. Maybe even a fourth.

Baked Teriyaki Chicken

While I must concur with those who say that this recipe makes quite a mess out of your baking dish, it was very much worth the cleanup effort. This makes for delicious chicken. One comment, though. I tried pouring the excess sauce on my rice, and I don't know if it was because I used fresh ginger, but it was really strong. The sauce that was basted on the chicken, however, was MUCH tastier.

Candied Garlic Chicken Wings

These were very good. The meat just fell off the bones. The one thing I might add the next time around would be a little bit of cayenne pepper just to have a bit of spice to go with the sweet.

Chicken And Apple Curry

Very tasty. It actually was more flavorful as a leftover dish than when it was first prepared. I felt like it needed more curry at first, but once it had been in the freezer for a little bit, it was wonderful.

Cantonese Dinner

Pretty darned good. I took advantage of a few peoples' suggestions: I added a little more liquid in the form of white grape juice and I added a package of oriental veggies. Very good.

Chicken Breasts With Herb Basting Sauce

Very good chicken. I think that the next time I make it, however, I may uncover the chicken about halfway through so it seems more like "roasted" chicken, and less like "baked" chicken.

Beer Cooked Chicken

I'd agree with the reviewers who say that this is a little bland. I added onions and garlic, but it still seemed like it needed more flavor. To be fair, I didn't have any cheese, but it just seemed like this would be more flavorful. ** A later amendment to my previous review: for some reason, this tasted much better as a leftover. It may be because I didn't pile the sauce on top this time . . . because of the beer, it's just a little bitter.

Apple and Orange Chicken

Just a fantastic recipe! I used boneless chicken, and because it was submerged in the juices, the chicken was the tenderest I've ever eaten! Just a remarkable and easy recipe.
