Emily's Famous Chili

Too spicy for us! We had to give it away because even with two pieces of cornbread and tons of cheese, it was still too spicy and we live in Texas!

GREAT! I used 2 - 2.5 lb Pork Tenderloins. I read that this is like using T-Bone's to make hamburgers, but MAN tenderloin made great pork sandwiches! Wonderful and is enough to have food to eat for several days!

Arkansas Green Beans

GREAT recipe! I cut the sugar amount in half like others, and it worked great. However, by drizzling the sauce on top of everything, it made some bites unevenly stronger than the others. Maybe you could mix the beans, sauce and bacon together before baking and that would help? Overall, a great recipe that I will use again.

Muenster-Bacon Stuffed Chicken Breast

This recipe won me an award!! "Best in Show" at "Baconfest 2009" here in Austin! It is truly great and the perfect mix of bacon, cheese and chicken. The spicy kick that the pepper sauce adds is wonderful! Extra bacon and cheese make all the difference in the world!

Syracuse Salt Potatoes

I am loving these potatoes! I used the larger red potatoes and cut them into 8ths before boiling. It cooked them a bit quicker. Wonderful quick potato dinner! Thanks so much! We will be eating these a lot.

Busy Day Barbeque Brisket

My husband loved this. It is all dependent on the BBQ Sauce you use. I chose to use Spicy BBQ sauce and that plus the combination of all the seasonings made it too spicy for me to even eat more than a bite. Will try again with different sauce.

Seasoned Fan Potatoes

I had to put a lot of butter on the potatoes and the cook time on the potatoes is much longer than listed. Not a good experience for me, but seems like a good experience for others.

Puppy Chow

I have made this before with no strict measurements, but this came out much better and without too much powdered sugar! I recommend using the BIG Ziploc 10 Gallon bags to mix it. It is an (almost) mess free job.
