Perfect Pressure Cooker Pot Roast

Easy and fast. Roasted a 14 pound turkey on Christmas Eve but I added one chopped celery stalk, cored granny smith apple and chopped onion into the cavity along with the butter. Turkey turned out very tender and the taste was excellent. Thank you for sharing this recipe I will use it again for the holidays!

Cauliflower Olive Salad

I love this recipe. I make it every Thanksgiving. Only variation - I use red bell pepper instead of green and use red wine vinegar instead of cider vinegar. Makes a colorful dish. Family loves it and it keeps well for left overs.

Pecan Pie IV

This is the first pecan pie I have ever made. I followed this to exact recipe. It is delicious. It was so easy to make. I did use a deep dish pie crust. Makes a beautiful pie. Thanks for the recipe.

Mom's Rum Cake

The cake turned out delicious - very moist. There must be a real trick to this glaze. I tried making it two times and each time I ended up with sugar candy crystals. Next time to make I plan to try previous suggestion by pouring glaze in bottom of cake pan and placing the cake back into bundt pan to soak up the glaze. Great idea!

Easy Turkey Tetrazzini

Followed recipe to exact instructions. Dish came out too dry but was still pretty tasty. I added chopped red pepper just to make it look more festive. Next time I make it I will use RLiNDA revisions so dish will be creamier.

Spinach Lasagna III

Very good lasagna. It takes several pans; cook spinach, lasagna noodles and mushroom/onion mix. I should have read the prep and bake time because it took a long time to make. Good meatless dish!
