Amazing Pork Tenderloin in the Slow Cooker
Absolutely fantastic. DH doesn't usually like meat cooked in the crockpot because, he says, it comes out bland, but not in this case! I substituted beef broth for water, which just seemed right with the red wine. Also, I cut the soy sauce in half and added the same amount of Worcestershire sauce. I also cut garlic cloves into the port and rubbed the outside with sofrito and Goya Sazon. I used a Cabernet Sauvingon on a previous reviewer's suggestion. I'm not a red wine person, but this dish was fantastic! Will make over and over again.
