Sausage Spinach Alfredo Lasagna

Wow! this was incredible! I can't say enough about the heavenly taste!. The cheese mixture did not cover evrything, but cheese melts. I just tried to evenly distribute the mixture and it came out perfect. I followed the recipe except that I bought mushroom alfredo sauce. Yum! Next time I may add some canned mushrooms. AMAZING flavor!!

Baked Orange-Glazed Chicken

Really good and fresh tasting. I was glad to see a citrus recipe that didn't automatically turn to an Asian flavor. This didn't really make a glaze. It was mostly liquid, but really good flavor. I will definitely make this again!

Cheddar Broccoli Salad

Wonderful! As far as the sugar never dissolving, I did reduce sugar to 1/4 cup, plus a TBsp. I wisked the sugar with the cider vinegar. Dissolved perfectly! Then I added the mayo. I also added a few craisins before serving. Maybe 1/4-1/2 cup just for a little extra zing. Yummy!

BLT Dip

WOW! This is amazing! I did not make any changes, except to double the recipe for a big neighborhood barbeque. This really does taste just like a BLT! Everyone loved this dip. I will definitely make this again, and I'm sure it will be requested!

Roasted Asparagus and Garlic

My family loves asparagus, as well as, garlic and spices. It may just be my oven, but it took forever for the asparagus to get even close to tender. I did also added some fresh green beans-they turned out good.

Brown Sugar Chops

Chicken Cordon Bleu I

This was a simple and wonderfully delicious recipe! I put my chicken breasts in a zip lock bag and beat them with a meat tenderizing wooden "hammer" to make them thinner. I also used Italian bread crumbs (the only kind I buy). Scrumptous!!!

I did not like this recipe. I am giving it 2 stars because I loved the way the chicken "flaked" like tuna fish after cooking all day. However, it also tasted like tuna fish.

Chocolate Praline Layer Cake

This was good, and easy, but I was disappointed that there was not more praline flavor. Maybe next time I will make extra "praline sauce" to pour over the cake instead of making the whipped cream icing. The tip about putting the pans with the praline sauce in the freezer for 15 minutes before adding the cake batter worked wonderfully. I will definitely try this recipe again.

Sam's Famous Carrot Cake

This was wonderful! I made it for Easter because carrot cake is my friend's favorite. She really loved it! I didn't even put icing on it because it contained everything but the kitchen sink, and was sweet enough without. I will definitely keep this in with my recipes!
