Cajun Chicken Pasta
Just finished eating this and my husband and I both give it four stars. I would say it's restaurant quality for sure. The best part is it's very simple to make. At first I was a bit worried because the ingredient list is a bit long and it just seemed intimidating. Well I couldn't have been more wrong because it was totally simple and pretty quick to make. I used a little more heavy cream to use up my carton and I also added some cornstarch to thicken it up because it was a little on the thing side to me. Another change I'd be sure to make is to use more linguine. I doubled what the recipe asked for and still could've used more. Next time I think I'll add more veggies too. I will be making this for both company and regular week night dinners in the future. Thanks for a great recipe!

Chicken Fried Chicken
Great stuff. Love this breading it made some of the breast fried chicken I've ever had. Will be making this for sure! Thanks for a great recipe!

Heavenly Halibut
I really hate to rate this so low since it seems most everyone else loved it. However for me all I could taste was pretty much was mayo and it was just way too rich. Thanks for the idea though!
