Taco Beef and Pasta

Reviewed: May 29, 2008
l have posted picture on this dish. l made few changes, l cut the amount of salsa and 2 big tomatoes diced to it. I only have kidney beans since l don't have black beans still taste good. l don;t have cilantro handy so l skipped it. And next time l will use ground beef instead of strip beef since l found the funny texture of it. My husband love it he said it's excellent!!!thank you!

l made this for our dinner. But l made a little change l didn't put only 1/2 cup of mayonise because we don't want lots of mayo and it turns out great. This is good one my husband like it. We had leftover hubby brought it to work as his brownbag. Quick easy meal especially this summer. Thank you for sharing this. This is a keeper one.

Reviewed: Apr. 8, 2007
This recipe is great! l made a few changes l only put one teablespoon of Gochujang paste so the taste isn't that hot and l add more potatos on it and some green onions or spring onions to add a color. l add a bit of water too..And turned out GREAT! YUM YUM! Oh l also tried this recipes using beef instead of chicken. l used no bones beef cut into bite size. And turned great too! This is really great in cold season. We love it! Thank you for sharing, Sarakyong!
