Chicken Stir-Fry

Chocolate Peanut Butter Bars IV

My husband's fav! He request that I make them all the time. Kids enjoy them also. And they are always the first dessert to go when I take them to get togethers. And so easy to make!

Bake Sale Lemon Bars

Have to say these are my fav! The only thing I changed was 6 eggs, 1 3/4 cups of white sugar 6 tbls of flour and 1 cup of lemon juice, really only doubling the filling but decreasing the sugar some. Perfect! Will make again!

Cheesecake Bars

Great recipe Thank you! I omitted the nuts and lemon. Doubled the filling and warmed blackberry jelly in the microwave and swirled it in the filling before cooking! Big hit at the family get together!

Coconut Cake Bars

These turned out good, everyone liked them. I used 5 tbls of butter in the crust and spread it thin in a 9x13 greased pan and it turned out fine. Mine were really sweet I used left over ground walnuts from a nut roll and forgot I added sugar already to it! So the nut kinda carmelized on top. Good, but you could not eat a big piece!

Grape Jelly

I am so happy to have found this recipe. A friend gave me a jar of it years ago as a Christmas gift and I loved it! Easy to make, I added the water with the pectin and dissolved it before adding the grape juice. Turned out great, guess what everyone is getting for christmas this year!

Bread and Celery Stuffing

First time making my own stuffing..usually go with stove top on Thanksgiving. Followed recipe but did add in mushrooms and sausage..baked in a dish. Everyone loved it! No one hardly ate the Stove Top Stuffing, but this was all gone!

Easy Ice Cream Cake

Made this for my son's birthday, it was a big hit! This will be a staple at all the future birthdays! I only used one box of ice cream sandwiches and used one gallon of my son's favorite ice cream. I put the fudge and used cookie crumbs as layers. Yum!

BBQ Dry Rub

Love it! I used it on chicken, put it on about 30 min before grilling it. I did add garlic powder and only 1/4 cup salt. I can't wait to try it on pork!

Chuck's Favorite Mac and Cheese

This is now my family's favorite Mac & Cheese recipe. I did add milk as suggested and it was not dry or bland. Instead of the breadcrumb topping I used leftover grilled cheese sandwiches that I placed in the food processer and pulsed until crumbly. Sprinkled on top before baking. Tasted great!
