Cinnamon Rolls III

Reviewed: Apr. 3, 2010
These were fantastic and quite easy to make! I did double the cinnamon/sugar mix to put in the rolls as I like them very gooey. A+ recipe! Thanks Alix!

Easy Decadent Truffles

Reviewed: Dec. 19, 2009
Turned out great! Added about a tsp of orange zest to add more flavor and rolled in cocoa powder, hazelnuts and powdered sugar. Would also be good with some instant coffee added or grand marnier! Can't wait to give them to my neighbors!

Cinnamon Hazelnut Biscotti

Reviewed: Dec. 15, 2009
Very, very good. Tried using both hazelnuts and sliced almonds. Both were delicious! Also didn't hurt to double the cinnamon and to drizzle with chocolate afterwards! Yummy! Enjoy this fabulous recipe.

Very good recipe! Added a bit of taco seasoning and cut back just a little on the chili powder. Delicous every time... have not bought canned since I found this quick and easy recipe! Enjoy!

Too Much Chocolate Cake

Reviewed: Feb. 17, 2009
Fabulous recipe as is! A true winner for any party or special occasion. I made it for Valentines day and used the Satiny Chocolate Glaze to top it (also from AR) and it was to die for! One of the best chocolate cakes I have ever had! You will love it! :)

Very, very good and also very versatile! I think next time I might add some smoked paprika and sun dried tomatoes! This was just wonderful on warm pita!

Delicious! Very good recipe. I did add a couple dashes of cumin which really helped the flavor come out! Great with enchiladas as a side dish or filling!

Bodacious Broccoli Salad

Reviewed: Aug. 23, 2008
Have made this 3 times over the summer and each time it seems to get better and better! You definitely, in my opinion, need to double the sauce as it just isn't enough left as is. Even better the next day! Very easy and great for parties or picnics!!

Marinade for Steak I

Reviewed: Aug. 23, 2008
I have made this several times this summer and I have to say...hands down..this is the BEST marinade I have ever made. We have used it for everything from steak (Tri Tips from Costco are great!), chicken breasts and even pork chops. The flavor you receive in the end product is just out of this world and everything we have made has come out juicy and delicous! Just remember not to overcook your meat and let it rest under foil for at least 10 minutes before serving! 5 stars all the way! Thanks so much for posting the recipe! :)

So simple..and so delicious! Very refreshing on a hot summer day! Instead of using as store bought crust I made my own graham cracker crust which I believe made it even better!

Kung Pao Chicken

Delicious recipe...only additions were some brocolli and celery and then served over steamed rice. Did add a bit extra chili paste as we like things extra spicy in our house! Very authentic restaurant flavor...enjoyed it!

Delicious recipe... no changes made, however I would add raisins next time, just as a personal preference. Otherwise this cake was fantastic and easy to make!
