Too dry for our liking! Even added more milk while cooking.

Amy's Spicy Beans and Rice

Reviewed: Apr. 4, 2007
Really enjoyed this dish. I didn't have the jalapeno peppers and it still tasted great. My 4 and 7 year olds really liked it too! Will definitely make this again

Black Pepper Beef and Cabbage Stir Fry

Reviewed: Jan. 8, 2007
This was really easy and tasty. My husband, 7 and 3 year olds ate it up in no time. I used red cabbage instead of green and added onions and celery as well. Didn't do the cornstarch and water at the end and it was fine.

Oatmeal Peanut Butter Cookies III

Reviewed: Nov. 14, 2006
Really nice cookies! Keep an eye on them in the oven because they flatten out and could be too crispy if left in too long. Nice on their own without the filling too.

Bob's Awesome Lasagna

Reviewed: Oct. 27, 2006
Really enjoyed this lasagna. My husband raved over it. It was even better the second day as leftovers. I served with an Italian bread and cabbage salad. A great meal!

Apple Dumplings II

Reviewed: Oct. 27, 2006
I had leftover pastry dough so I decided to make this, my company really enjoyed it. Wasn't fussy on the syrup, would like more of a caramel sauce. Would definitely make the dumplings again.

Swiss Chicken Casserole I

Reviewed: Oct. 15, 2006
I thought this recipe turned out pretty good. My husband and kids really enjoyed it. I brushed the chicken with dijon mustard before I put the cream of chicken soup on. Also I cooked the stuffing according to the package directions first and then put it on top of the chicken. I found it more moist that way.
