Zuppa Toscana
I love this recipe...so easy and quick to make. Husband and son like it well enough, but the daughters can't get enough of it! My youngest daughter askes me to make it for her on a regular basis. I made it for my eldest daughter when she had her baby,(kale is high in vitamin K which is good for post-partem moms)and she loved it. She now makes it every few weeks for her family. The best recipes are the ones that make you think of your Mommy or somebody else who cooked for you as a child. This has become one of those recipes at our house. Thank you!

Rockin' Salsa
Made this today and it is really good. I will use this recipe for my salsa canning from now on. I left out the sugar, I thought it was good without it. I also used three jalapenos which I seeded and deveined. The heat was hot enough for my husband, without chasing the kids away. I doubled the batch and got 16 pints. I still have some tomatoes leftand I'm thinking about making some more to give away.

Chai Tea Mix
This is a great find! I made it with the extra spices as mentioned by other reviews. I used the vanilla extract in the sugar instead of vanilla creamer. I ground all the spices together in a coffee grinder, then ran the whole mix in the food processor (1 1/2 cups at a time). This caused it to have absolutly no residue at the bottom of the cup!
