Scalloped Potatoes and Onions

Reviewed: Oct. 20, 2011
We really enjoyed this dish! I did add cheese and chives and bake it uncovered for the last 15 minutes as others suggested. The only change I will make next time is adding more chives in with the layers of potatoes and onions. It was so good! We had this as our main dish and with 4 adults and 2 kids there wasn't a spoonful left over, so next time I will probably add a couple extra potatoes, because I want to be able to have seconds! Can't wait to make it again! Thanks so much Dorothy!!

Easy OREO Truffles

Reviewed: Oct. 28, 2010
I made these last Christmas. They were so easy, and yummy too! I used Archer Farms mint cookie Oreo knock off and I think the mint is a must! If you use regular Oreos make sure and add in some mint extract.

Pumpkin Spice Cookie

Reviewed: Oct. 23, 2010
Very good. I too added chocolate chips because I think they are a must, and a little pumpkin spice. But I love that there was no oil added. I gave these 4 stars because the cooking time seems way off, I had to cook for several additional minutes.

Chicken Pepper Steak

Reviewed: May 22, 2008
Meh, about sums it up. I thought it was too bland. It was much thinner than I would have liked and I wish I had increased the corn starch by a TBS. I was wanting a pepper steak but with chicken and this tasted little like pepper steak to me. I won't be making it again.

Slow Cooker Pulled Pork

Reviewed: Dec. 25, 2007
This was a great super simple recipe. It will most likely become a staple item on our menus. We went with Longhorn Honey BBQ sauce and I loved it. My husband really liked it too though he would like me to use a sauce with a little kick to it. Try this one out if you haven't already!

Justin's Hoosier Daddy Chili

Reviewed: Oct. 11, 2006
I've used this recipe over a dozen times now. And anyone who's looking for a recipe this is where I direct them. The only change I make is I add tobasco sauce instead of cayenne. Yum, making this again this week!
