Easy OREO Truffles

I made these last Christmas. They were so easy, and yummy too! I used Archer Farms mint cookie Oreo knock off and I think the mint is a must! If you use regular Oreos make sure and add in some mint extract.

Pumpkin Spice Cookie

Very good. I too added chocolate chips because I think they are a must, and a little pumpkin spice. But I love that there was no oil added. I gave these 4 stars because the cooking time seems way off, I had to cook for several additional minutes.
