Broccoli Cheese Soup

If you make this recipe you either need to double the cheese and broccoli or cut WAY back on the butter! Sooo, dissapointed- it tasted like a stick of butter.

Buffalo Chicken Dip

I was a little worried about a funny taste due to the can chicken, however this was delicious! I used pre-shredded cheese and it was not oily. Not sure if it was due to it being 2%?? Very Good!

Spinach Tomato Tortellini

This was delicious! It tasted very much like something I recently had at Olive Garden. The only changes I made were I used cheese ravioli and frozen spinach because I didn't notice it said fresh. I threw the frozen spinach in with my pasta--yummmy- thank you!

Waffles II

O.k..I'm giving this a four although I'm sure it deserves a five. My waffles have an after taste? Is it the ingredients or the fact that it's a new waffle maker? I made them at indicated, then added some other suggestions like sugar and cinnamon. I hope it's the taste of a new iron because this recipe was quite easy!!! Thank you

Baked Potato Soup

This was DELICIOUS! Absolutely tasted like something from a restaurant. I am so excited (the last one I made was awful!) I only made two changes- one I didn't add bacon because I didn't have it. Two- I didn't realize it said "baked" (somehow missed that!) so I just added the potatoes at the end & let cook on low for like 30 min.- It was perfect! I will make quite often!

Iced Mochas

mmm... My husband forgot to take his coffee this morning and joked that I would "have to drink it all myself". Well let's hope he forgets it more often! I did make changes- simply due to impatience. I didn't make ice cubes- I heated coffee enough to melt sugar, put everything in blender with few ice cubes- still yummy- will try it correctly tomorrow!
