First off let me just say that my boyfriend is probably the PICKIEST eater in the whole world. So when he said that these are the best wings he ever had, I knew it was a keeper. I didn't know where to go for apricot preserves, so I made my own by mashing up about 4 apricots (cut and mashed up) in a bit of sugar water and boiling them for about 10 minutes. I also added a little lemon juice to the pan for an extra kick. Then I spread all the ingrediants on the wings one at a time and baked for an hour. PERFECTION! Thanks, Cindy!
