Cindy's Tasty Wings

First off let me just say that my boyfriend is probably the PICKIEST eater in the whole world. So when he said that these are the best wings he ever had, I knew it was a keeper. I didn't know where to go for apricot preserves, so I made my own by mashing up about 4 apricots (cut and mashed up) in a bit of sugar water and boiling them for about 10 minutes. I also added a little lemon juice to the pan for an extra kick. Then I spread all the ingrediants on the wings one at a time and baked for an hour. PERFECTION! Thanks, Cindy!

Pork Tenderloin in Bourbon

This recipe was FANTASTIC! I did make a couple minor changes by adding in some all purpose flour (a small handful) and a little worchestire sauce. I also used about 1/2 of the bourbon required (not a big bourbon fan). I let it cook in my crook pot for about 2.5 hrs. Boy was it juicy and flavorful. My boyfriend is a picky eater...so when he requested to have this dish again, I knew it was a keeper. Thanks a bunch!

Priceless Pecan Pie

This pie is D-E-L-I-C-I-O-U-S!!!! I made this last year for Thanksgiving and everyone demanded that I make my "special pie" this year too. Not only is it yummy...but incredibly easy to make (take it from someone with ZERO patience when it comes to baking). You can't go wrong with this recipe!

Brandy Flamed Peppercorn Steak

This is quite possibly the BEST steak I have ever had-- and boy am I picky about my steaks. It is so juicy and cuts just like butter. I make this about once every other week and I don't change a thing. 5 STARS FOR SURE!

Chicken Enchilada Casserole II

This is an EXCELLENT recipe. I used this recipe for a Mexican themed Christmas party I had. This dish was goobled up in no time, and I got many compliments on it. Only made one change- I used black beans in place of the chili beans. Other than that, I didn't change a thing. Pair it with Mexican rice and it is the perfect meal.

Country Chicken Casserole

We loved this dish! Made a few minor changes: we got CHEESY hashbrowns and cooked them before they went into the casserole. We also used Colby Jack cheese instead of American-- MUCH better. I served it with green beans and biscuits. Good southern comfort food :)
