Fantastic recipe!!! I took other cooks advise and covered it with foil for 30 minutes and took some of the liquid from under and mixed it with heavy cream, fresh basil, garlic and onion powder, and a bit of cornstarch and made a sauce. I would give it 10 stars if possible.Thank you for the great recipe.

Shrimp Linguine Alfredo

Reviewed: Feb. 6, 2007
Great recipe. I took other members advise and added more garlic, basil, white wine and parmesan to the sauce.I also cooked the shrimp and then set it aside and made the sauce on its own. I added a tsp cornstarch and then put the shrimp back in the sauce for 1 minute.

So not worth all the work. Even with the help of my husband it took forever to coat all the zucchini, took forever to bake and it still ended up in the trash.

Sesame Crusted Mahi Mahi with Soy Shiso Ginger Butter Sauce

Reviewed: Nov. 15, 2006
This dish took longer to make even with the help of my husband and my sauce didn't quite thicken and I used basil instead of shiso (whatever that is). AND SO WORTH THE TROUBLE!!! It was a great meal, in fact my husband declared it the best dinner of our three year marriage.
