Italian Spaghetti Sauce with Meatballs
Well What can I say other than molto molto buono. I have now made this spaghetti sauce with meatballs 4 times now with our guest saying how much they loved it. And these guest are not ones to say what they don't seriously mean. It is as good if not better than most resturants would serve. And I know because I live on the coast with a lot of long time friends that are Italian, and as I said, they loved it. If I could give it 10 stars I certainly would because it deserves it.

Slow-Cooker Chicken Tortilla Soup
This recipe is awesome. Before I decide to try a recipe out I always make sure that it has at least 4 stars and then check to see how many reviews there are. At the present time this one has 2,327 reviews and I now know why. I first made this about a month ago and again tonight. I put the slow cooker on low (6 to 61/2 hours). As others mentioned, I also added a can of black beans. Other then that I follow the recipe just as it’s written. Oh, I also use store bought tortilla chips instead of making them. The smell through the house is sooooo good. This is a keeper and will be a regular on my list of recipes to serve for dinner. 08/07/11 update. When making this soup I now make my own tortilla strips and instead of putting them in the oven I put them in the microwave for one minute twenty three seconds. I also make these as a snack except I will add a little salt and grated parmesan cheese. Took me two trys to get it perfected but it was so worth it.

Chinese Cabbage Salad
Very good and very easy. I followed the recipe just as instructed and as other reviewers did I also added green onions, chicken and some tosted almonds. My wife and I loved it. As my wife took her first she said, "Oh I love it" Needless to say we will have this again real soon. One additional note: Make sure that you make the dressing at least one hour before and stirring several times making sure that the dressing is well blended before adding to the salad.
