Chocolate Eclair Cake

This is a simple dessert and EVERYONE loved it. My neighbors and I made this for part of a dinner for our parents and it was AMAZING!!!!!!!!

Candy Cane Cookies II

These cookies were tasty. I changed the way the repipe said to form them though. Ours were slightly larger (not on purpose) and instead of making 1 strip in the shape of a candy cane, our candy canes were composed of 2 different color strips twisted together. To do this we simply left half of the dough in the bowl and used red food dye to color it red while leaving the other half of the dough white. We also ended up adding about a tablespoon or so more milk to the dough. Don't eat these cookies warm from the oven on the first day because we tried them and they weren't all that great. Instead, wait a day and they taste much less doughy.

Best Ever Chewy Chocolate Chocolate Chunk Cookies

Maybe we didn't use enough four but these cookies spread out a ton and were huge and flat. I have to say, though, they still tasted wonderful, just a bit crispy around the edges.

Easy Bacon and Cheese Quiche

This was a really good quiche! We didn't have any premade crusts so we made our own and it was very tasty. We also opted to cook the onions before putting them in the quiche and it added a lot of good flavor. This is definitly a recipe that I recomend for a brunch or even a lazy dinner.

Lasagna Spirals

These were good! We did, however, make a few changes. We used a 16oz package of broccoli, and istead of ricotta cheese, we used cottage cheese. Also, we were able to make 12 spirals which baked for a little over 40 minutes. DO NOT USE 2 TEASPOONS OF NUTMEG, we used 1/2 teaspoon and you could still taste it just fine. Don't forget... a little extra cheese is never bad!

Creamy Tomato-Basil Soup

Wow, on a cold day this soup sure hits the spot. It may be good with a little bit more cream but either way, it is perfect to dip a nice pice of bread into and also great with pieces of crackers in it.
