Barbecued Lima Beans

This is EXCELLENT!! My husband and I love this. I cooked it before he left for Navy training and when he came back, he requested I make this one again! You know it's good when the boy hasn't had a homecooked meal in a couple of months and comes home and requests certain things! Thanks, for the great recipe!

Quick and Easy Ham with Sweet Potatoes

I was hesitant with making this b/c I thought it would be average. I finally cooked it the other night and loved it! It's easy, with little clean-up and suprisingly REALLY GOOD!!! It's even better the next day for leftovers, after the juices settle. YUMMY!!! Thanks!!

Chocolate Mint Cookies I

I made these cookies, along with an assortment of other Christmas cookies, for co-workers, and they rant and raved about these mint cookies! I used the Andes mints, as one of the other reviews had suggested, and they turned out perfect! A couple of people have requested the recipe, so I'll be sure to pass it along. Paul's Pumpkin Bars

These are absolutely wonderful!! My husband loves them! When they say they are moist, they are not lying, these are very moist. I made them for a friend, which doesn't care for pumpkin, but she loved these. I am forwarding her the recipe! This is a keeper for our family, for sure! Thanks, for the great recipe!!
