Candied Apples II

You have to work very fast or the syrup starts to thicken and won't coat evenly. I added grape oil to give it flavor. Even though I used small apples, I had to double the recipe to get 15 apples coated. Overall, they tasted good, but weren't worth all the work.

Gingerbread Cookies II

I was a little skeptical at first, I never made a gingerbread recipe that wasn't as hard as a brick, but this one really changed my mind! The cookies were soft, moist, and not too sweet. Not to mention the dough was incredibly easy to work with. Got a winner here!
