OK THIS IS AMAZING! I USED THE EXTRA PULP OF MY JUICER (3 CUPS) AND CREATED 2 AMAZING BREADS! I THINK NEXT TIME I WILL SKIP SUGAR AND USE 1CUP OF AGAVE. IT DIDNT NEED VANILLA EITHER! 55 MINS 325DEGREES!

My Grandma's Peanut Butter Fudge

Make sure there is little oil in the pb, also make sure to fully boil the milk and sugar 230 degrees. I added 1/2 cup of melted choc chips after I added fudge to pan and swirlled it for chocolate peanut butter fudge. I also used a long pan with sides lined with parchment and used small cookie cutters to make fall shapes. Enjoy.

Banana Orange Bars

Amazing! Note- I used 2 cups of powdered sugar, 1/3 cup of OJ, 1/4 stick of butter, and the peel which made it taste more orangy and less sugary. :)

White Chocolate, Chocolate Cookies

Amazing, this made soo many cookies! I halved the recipe and ended up with about 30. If you chop up the chocolate chips a little bit, it makes the cookies more round. Enjoy :) 2/15/10 Use more chocolate powder (1/2 c) it makes the world of difference
