Coconut Cream Meringue Pie

this is my first attempt at making a meringue pie and it turned out great. I did have some weeping but once I cleaned that up, it was perfect. Coudln't have turned out better and will be making this often!

Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast

simply delicious and super super easy. My husband doesn't like mushrooms and will pick them out whenever I use cream of mushroom soup but he didn't have a clue what the gravy was made from. We all loved it! will make this a keeper receipe.

These were very good. I took the advice of others and added french onion sour cream to give it a bit more kick. I also cooked this into the crock pot because of convenience and it came out perfect! My husband loved them. Thanks!

Peanut Butter Bars I

these were the best peanut butter bars I've ever had and they were so easy! And the best part is, you don't have to heat your oven up to make them! what can be better than that? my two year old can't seem to get enough of these. Will definitely make again.

Slow Cooker Pizza

This is certainly a keeper. It made quite a bit for only 3 of us but I think it might even be better as leftovers. I wasn't too sure about adding the tomato soup but did anyway and it turned out great. Will certainly be putting this into our monthly rotation. Thanks!

These are delicious. I halved the recipe and it was just enough for my family. I think next time I might try reducing the amt of Mt. Dew since the sauce was pretty running in the end. Will certainly keep on my favorite list.

Sausage Potato Bake

Good cold weather meal. I didn't use quite as many potatoes cuz I ran out but didn't notice. I did cook this in the crock pot and 8 hours on low was a bit much. The pototes were a bit mushy but still had very good flavor. Will certainly make again! Thanks!
