Easy Slow Cooker French Dip

Easy Homemade Beef and Ricotta Ravioli

These are SO good!! I served them with my home made sauce and it was delish! The ONLY thing I added was 8 oz of cream cheese. It gave it a bit of a sweet taste. (This was in addition to the ricotta) SUPER YUMMY!

Zucchini and Potato Bake

This was SOOOO good!! I added half of a chopped onion and I used almost a full pack of ritz crackers for my bread crumbs. SOOOO good! It taste like fried potatoes and zucchini without frying! Make sure you bake a full hour for the crispness!

Whit's Chicken Enchiladas

YUMMY!!!! I used chicken broth when water was called for (even to boil the chicken), added half packet of taco seasoning and some onion to the chiles and left out jalapenos . I shredded the chicken, dipped the tortillas in the leftover broth before filling them. After filling them and putting them in a sprayed dish I sprinkled the cheese on top, poured the cream over that.

Ham and Swiss Braid

YUMMY!! I made this tonight and it was super easy!!! The only changes I made were...instead of making my own dough I used 2 cans of crescent rolls-one on the bottom and the other over the top an folded up the sides...then I caramelized half of an onion and threw in some baby spinach and some fresh basil- I layered that with the cheese and pickles. The pickles are very yummy on it! I served with peppercorn ranch.

Chicken and Broccoli Braid

This was SO good and EASY!!!! I steamed the broccoli and sauteed the garlic, onion and red pepper before mixing it all together. Also, I was scared of the braid so I laid the first roll of croissants out and went over the lightly with a rolling pin then I after I put everything on top of that I laid the other on top stretching it a bit...I then folded the sides so nothing would come out. Then I cut slits in the to to kinda look like a braid ; )! It was ssssoooo good!!! I served with risotto which I added spinach leaves to. I do have a pic on here of it.
