Cilantro Serrano Cream Sauce

This is a great, versatile sauce! It's a bit spicy, so reduce peppers I'd you want a milder sauce...we will be making this again!

Thai Pork with Peanut Sauce

This was so good! My husband and I don't usually go for "sweet" dishes, but after seeing the reviews, we decided to try it. It was worth it! The flavors blend together so perfectly. We just put the pork on a bed of rice and then poured the sauce over the top, garnished with about 5 red pepper strips and then the peanuts, cilantro, and onions. It was a hit! Definitely will make again.

Ground Beef Mexican Style

I thought this was very bland. I followed the other suggestions, such as adding cream cheese, crumbling tortilla chips and lettuce on top, etc. but still found it needed something. I think green chiles would be a good additon as well. I used pico de gallo instead of salsa.

Asian Lettuce Wraps

These were delicious! We used ground pork, and I think if I'd used chicken, I would've liked them even more. We followed the recipe exactly as written and these were great! A lot like PF Chang's. ****Second Attempt: This time I used ground chicken and added cilantro and one chopped up mushroom...they were outstanding! We are adding this to the rotation!

Restaurant-Style Tequila Lime Chicken

Really tasty! I made my own Mexi-ranch dressing with combining equal parts ranch and salsa. I also added a little Cayenne and some hot sauce to make it a little spicier. I cooked the chicken breasts on the George Foreman grill and then put them in the baking dish. I adde tortilla chips to the top of the chicken and also added some cilantro to the top. Delicious!

Foil-Pack Oriental Chicken Dinner

This was ok, but definitely needs some kick! I had to cook it longer than the recipe suggested, but I used frozen chicken breasts. I would recommend a little something hot to add to the sauce and that may make it a little better.

Big Al's K.C. Bar-B-Q Sauce

If there were six stars, this recipe would get it! The perfect blend of flavors for a barbeque sauce. Many levels of flavor, including smokey, sweet, spicy...just perfect. I followed the recipe exactly as it says and loved it!
