Pretty good. Instead of all that chicken, I decided to half the amount and used about 3/4 pound of smoked sausage. I also used medium salsa and it still did not have enough kick for someone like me who enjoys spicy foods.
If you follow the recipe as is, I would sugget that you either mince the onions, or cut them FINELY, unless you want to go ahead and cook it before adding. I was left with chunks of onion bits, which is fine for me, but I'm sure those with kids may not.
