Hudson's Baked Tilapia with Dill Sauce

Reviewed: Oct. 19, 2007
This was great enjoyed the tilapia and the dill sauce. I think I liked the dill sauce better than husband. I wanted it on everything. He liked it on the fish for something different. Thank you for the recipe.

Herb Roasted Pork

Reviewed: Oct. 18, 2007
This was so good there was no left overs... The most tender pork roast I have ever eaten. A must try. I did what a couple of readers suggested and changed sugar to brown sugar. Some of it splenda brown sugar. Trying to make it alittle more healthy. Really good. Will make again.

Healthy Turkey Loaf

Reviewed: Oct. 6, 2007
Husband and I loved this. I did add peaches & pineapple salsa to the turkey. It is sweet and very spicy. Added some lime and garlic salsa to the top of the turkey loaf with a little ketchup to the top of the loaf so it did not burn. Added a little red pepper cut up fine needed to use before it went bad. Very good. Also I used whole wheat bread soaked in orange juice and then torn up as the bread. Very good. Husband liked this one the best ever.. Thank you

Easy Baked Tilapia

Reviewed: Oct. 4, 2007
Very good. I took some of the suggestions of adding more old bay and some paprika. We don't do butter so I added a couple of teaspoons of olive oil. We don't care for cauiflower so I did broccoli and carrots with red peppers. Very good we went for seconds. Thank you. Very healthy dish. Husband and I loved it.

Eclair Cake

Reviewed: Jun. 19, 2007
This is wonderful. Took it to a knitting club and they loved it. I did make some changes. You can lighten it up. As some of the others suggest. I did do one vanilla and one cheesecake sugar and fat free pudding. I also used 1/2 can of Betty Crocker triple fudge and chocolate chip frosting. And I heated like they suggested in microwave. Had only a thin layer of chocolate. Wonderful. Thank you so much.

Roast Sticky Chicken-Rotisserie Style

Reviewed: Dec. 18, 2006
The first time I made this with a frying chicken; nothing special. But my husband wanted to try it. So I bought a roasting chicken' put spices under the skin of the chicken. Left out salt we can't have. Didn't have white pepper. And added celery in cavity of chicken with the onion. Wonderful! We make again. Used left overs for salad and sandwiches. Wonderful! Thank you!

Salsa Chicken

Reviewed: Dec. 10, 2006
This is the best. I did use the taco seasoning off this site. I think it made the recipe. It will become one of our favorites. I did cut our chicken to make them thinner. And I did use all of the taco seasoning mix. I didn't cook as long as they were thinner. Also used alum to cover. Thank you for the recipe.

This is the best seasoning blend. I will never buy the package again. Much better flavor and so easy to make. Have almost all of the seasonings on hand. Takes little time to make. I used all of it for the salsa chicken. Very good.
