About this Cook
I love food. Ever since I can remember I've loved food, reading about food, thinking about food, and cooking and baking food. If it had to do with food I loved it! :P I live with my family of seven (I live with my three sisters and one brother, all of whom are my best friends.) And I work for as a legal assistant for a lawyer. I love reading, thinking up stories in my head (but never writing them down!), watercolor painting, music, and movies- old and new.
My favorite things to cook
Baklava, Beef Stroganoff, fresh pasta, meatballs, lasagna, enchiladas, chicken schnitzel and spaetzle, ice cream, Chocolate Chip Coffee Cake,

Cornish Splits
These are honestly the best dinner rolls I have ever made- they were a huge success! The best part was how easy they are to make! The texture was awesome, very soft and dense. I spread butter on top right after I took them out of the oven- next time perhaps I'll try spreading them with garlic butter! It's making me hungry just writing this review!

Chicken Marsala
This was fantastic- the whole family loved it! The only change I made was I added about a tablespoon of flour to the sauce to thicken it up a bit. I will be making this again!

Baked Oatmeal II
This is a family favorite- perfect for a lazy Sunday supper when you want something easy. I leave out the cranberries and substitute chocolate chips... which makes it both supper and dessert all in one!
