In December we moved into our new home. After starting a new job, moving and celebrating Christmas and New Year's we finally settled in! We definitely wanted to have our friends over to celebrate our new home, so we scheduled a housewarming!
Of course, planning the menu was the most exciting part for me! We served some wonderful recipes from AR: Manhattan Meatballs (sauce only), Margarita Punch, Luau Punch, Baked Ham and Cheese Sandwiches, plus a few others and I created
a recipe using Sargento cheese especially for this occasion: Mini Cheese Balls.
Being from the south, no party is complete without a cheese ball and these are a fun twist! And you don't have to worry about cutting or serving from a larger cheese ball. Plus, each bite has delicious, fresh pecans (not just those on
the outside edge)! These pecans came from trees near my parent's home in Arkansas. Serve these alongside your favorite crackers for your next party!
