Zesty Slow Cooker Chicken Barbecue

WOW, THIS WAS AMAZING! My husband HATES chicken (as he calls it, yard bird!)...I get tired of meat/potatoes all the time so I try chicken meals every now and again...He usually eats them, but does not like them. I made this tonight and he LOVED it! He said, "WOW, this is great! What great flavor! Keep this recipe!!" IT'S A KEEPER!! I followed the instructions above with 6 chicken breasts, but I did defrost them first. I used Sweet Baby Rays Sweet and Spicy BBQ sauce (18oz). I also added 3 cloves of minced fresh garlic and some dried chopped onion as well. Cooked it all day on low and served on buns! Great meal!!! Highly recommend!!!

Bow Ties with Sausage, Tomatoes and Cream

I followed the directions for the 6 servings...absolutely delicious! I did add a 10 oz pkg of frozen chopped spinach *thawed* like someone else suggested..As well as using 1 can of Italian Style Diced Tomatoes (mostly drained) and 1 can of Plum Tomatoes that I chopped up.I also used spicy sausage, because we like HEAT! It was very tasty! My husband and his friend enjoyed it very much! I will definitely be making this again and sharing the recipe!

Simple Spinach Lasagna

Very Tasty!! I did as the others did though and made some changes...I used the no boil noodles, which worked fine, but I should have had more than one box...I was only able to have a couple layers. I also added frozen chopped broccoli to the last layer. I used Ricotta cheese rather than cottage cheese. It came out great, the only problem was the store bought sauce I used was a little too sweet. I did mine as follows: saute garlic, spinach, basil, oregano & onion in olive oil. Then add sauce and simmer..did my cheese mix as directions say except for ricotta instead of cottage and added 1 extra egg. Layered as directions say (with addition of brocolli in last layer). I did add extra Mozz. cheese at the end for the 15 min uncovered. It was good! My 10 yr old son who was disgusted at the thought of spinach lasagna was finished with his before my husband and I! He loved it!

Jackie's Special Meatloaf

No complaints in my household! My 8 yr old even loved it! I did follow the advice of others and used a bit more Panko than called for and did half and half the ketchup with some sweet vidalia onion bbq sauce! Also, I added some chopped onion to the mixture and italian spices. It was fantastic! A new family favorite!

Buffalo Chicken Dip

My cousin made this and brought it over and I have made it as well, the way he did.....IT WAS DELICIOUS! A crowd pleaser most definately! The way we made it was: boil some chicken tenderloins and then shred them (the canned chicken had a bit of tuna flavor when we did that one)... mix the shredded chicken with the Franks Red Hot Buffalo Wing Sauce, in a seperate bowl mix the cream cheese and Hidden Valley Ranch until it is nice and creamy.....spread the cream cheese and ranch mixture on the bottom of a glass baking dish and then top with the chicken/sauce mixture and bake at about 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes....DELICIOUS! We ate the dip with Tostitos Scoops.....YUMMY!

Wonderful Meatloaf

This was a very easy and tasty meatloaf! My son and husband, who are both pretty picky, liked it a lot and said I can make it again!! I did change it up a bit though after reading through everyone elses reviews...first off, I changed the servings to 6. I used almost 2lbs of ground chuck. I added one egg and 1/4 cup bread crumbs to help it stay formed. I used about 2 Tblsp Sweet Baby Rays BBQ sauce for mixing and only used ketchup to top the loaf with at the end. I only used 2 tsps of brown sugar and I added garlic salt and regular salt as well as coarse ground pepper and minced garlic. I used about one cup of cooked rice instead of a little more like it called for. I definately reccomend this recipe, it is very easy and quite tasty!! We really liked it and will be making it again sometime soon I'm sure!
