Unbelievably Awesome Barbeque Chicken Pizza

Reviewed: Aug. 16, 2011
Yummy! I made personal pizzas on the gas grill using "QUick and Easy Pizza Crust" recipe. Mixing the bbq sauce with tomato sauce is pure genius! I didn't have tomato sauce so I used pizza sauce and it was to die for. Thanks!!!

Quick and Easy Pizza Crust

Reviewed: Aug. 16, 2011
Should be called Super Quick Supler Easy Pizza Crust!!! 4x the recipe for pizza on the bbq. Each recipe made 4 personal sized pizzas. Came together so quickly. Have extra flour on hand for slightly kneading and rolling out. Let the dough rest before trying to form into your crust. To bbq pizzas: roll out pizza (doesn't have to be perfect, but try for even thickness). Brush with EVOO and put oil side down on a hot grill. Brush this side with EVOO now. The crust will not melt through the grate, I promise. Check frequently for the desired doneness and remove (cooked side up) to a plate for toppings (precooked toppings are best because they wont cook on the bbq they will only melt). When topped, put uncooked side down on the grill (I put them on the top rack for melting and then transfered them to the direct heat for crisping the underside of the crust). Now that's amore!

Followed the ingredients exactly. Mixed only until flour was wet. Used 1 loaf pan, put half of the batter in, topped with half of the topping, finished with remaining batter and topping. Baked for 50 minutes. Outstanding!! Thanks for a great recipe.

Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough + Cupcake = The BEST Cupcake. Ever.

Reviewed: May 12, 2011
Wonderful taste and perfect cookie dough texture in the center. You wont be disapointed if you follow the instructions. I used 1/2 cup instead of 1 cup of mini chips and froze the dough for at least 5 hours. Don't take the dough out of the freezer until you are ready to set them on top of the cupcakes. Over baking is the easiest way to ruin these. I baked for 16 minutes and checked for doneness. I quickly removed the ones that were done (as in: sprang back when pushed) and let the others finish for another 1 minute or so. I removed them from the pan and cooled on a wire rack right away. Then straight to the fridge they went. After frosting be sure to put them back in the fridge because of the raw egg factor.

Quinoa Pilaf

Reviewed: Jun. 9, 2010
Yum! This is our first time eating/cooking quinoa. Following the advice from another reviewer, I cooked onions with garlic before adding 1/4 c of burbon- sorry we drank the wine :). Then I added carrots, celery (diced) and the quinoa and cooked them for 1 minute before adding chicken broth. I omitted the walnuts and added a pat of real butter for creaminess before serving. Thanks for giving me a great base for such a healthy and satisfying side dish.

Never Enough Green Bean Casserole

Reviewed: Nov. 22, 2008
Very good recipe. We will make this again. I used 1 1/2 bags (16 oz) each of frozen beans and needed to adjust the baking time to be about 20 minutes longer. Other than that, these were a big hit.

Yummy Sweet Potato Casserole

Reviewed: Nov. 22, 2008
Yummy! Thanks for a great recipe. My search for delicious sweet potatoes is over. No more marshmallows for us. I whipped the potatoes in my stand mixer for about 1 minutes on medium speed. The end result was light and fluffy potatoes that melted in your mouth. I prefer to bake the potatoes in the oven and squeeze them out of the skins. Also, due to a guest's nut allergy, I left the pecans out and we didn't even miss them.

Sweet Dinner Rolls

Reviewed: Nov. 22, 2008
Stands up to the reviews. So easy, Pillsbury doesn't stand a chance. The bread machine is one of those easily forgotten appliances that blows my mind every time I use it. Kind of like a "duh" moment. Please try these rolls you will not be disappointed! The only thing that I made an adjustment on was the butter, I only used about 2 Tbsp on all of the rolls.

Clone of a Cinnabon

Reviewed: Apr. 23, 2008
Oh yeah! I don't know why I waited so long to make these. I used the trick of inverting them onto a cookie sheet to keep the gooey stuff in and it worked great. So much better than mall buns and they taste great days later popped in the micro for a few seconds. Thanks for a great recipe.

Very good. My hubby doesn't like citrus flavor so I used- more cinnamon, fresh nutmeg and the vanilla. Everything else was right on. I will make these again next year. Thank you.

My first time ever making clam chowder! I will be making this one again. It was awesome, took some advice from other reviews: 6 strips of bacon cooked with the butter (6 Tbsp), 3 stalks of celery, 3 cans (10oz each) chopped baby clams, 2 jars (8oz each)clam juice, 4 Cups chicken broth, 2 cups half and half. I served this soup in mugs with sliced pugliese bread warmed in a 250 degree oven. So So good! Thank you. Thank you.

Creme Brulee French Toast

Reviewed: Oct. 13, 2007
My husband rarely cooks, but for my birthday he surprised me with this awesome dish! It was the best birthday gift. He added a little bit of cinnamon and used day old grocery store sweet french bread and left the crust on, he also prepared it about 1 1/2 hours before putting it in the oven. It was soooo good. I can't wait to have it again. Syrup was absolutely not necessary

Alfredo Sauce

Reviewed: Sep. 29, 2007
Awesome! I was skeptical about the egg, however it turned out so well- deffinatly temper it first those as suggested by another reveiwer. I only wish this recipe were low cal! I sauted sliced baby bella mushrooms and shrimp in garlic and butter and tossed that with fresh fettuccine and the alfredo sauce. I also used 4 oz. Buttoni Brand pre shredded Parmesan cheese (no Romano)! It was muy bueno! Thank you for the newest addition to my favorites list.
