Perfect recipe! I followed others' suggestions as follows: omitted the turkey liver, used an egg to hold it together. I also made this mostly the night before Thanksgiving. I cooked the sausage, toasted the bread and put the sausage/onion/spices mixture over the bread all the night before. I put everything in a greased baking dish and sprayed olive oil over it all. The next day, I added the rest of the ingredients, covered it with foil and cooked it on 350 for about 45 min. I ended up almost doubling the chicken stock. I will definitely make this again!
