Roast Sticky Chicken-Rotisserie Style

Reviewed: Mar. 10, 2011
Amazing and so easy. 10 stars. I used a best-of-fryer and it cooked in 2 hours. Basted every 30 minutes with pan juices. Wow. DH says it's better than any store-bought rotisserie chicken.

E-Z Drop Biscuits

Reviewed: Aug. 26, 2010
EZ? Y-E-S! I did a test batch using 1/4 recipe. I even added 1 tsp flax meal to the flour and the flavor and texture were perfect. I did not use the tartar, because I do not prefer the flavor it adds and I noticed no ill effects. These will make a wonderful, portable breakfast in the morning.

Sausage Casserole

Reviewed: Aug. 14, 2010
This was a huge hit. I would like to try to make a few in smaller loaf pans for everyday breakfast. I made this along side a french toast casserole and it was a wonderful savory complement to the sweet. I will definitely make this again.

No-Fuss Rolls

Reviewed: Jun. 17, 2010
The fact that I don't have to cut in any butter or beat an egg is amazing. I agree that they are more of a biscuit, but who cares...they're delicious!! I cut the recipe in half so I could just sample and they turned out great. Did anyone else notice that they taste EXACTLY like KFC's biscuits? Thanks for a great (and super easy) recipe!!

Slow Cooker Carnitas

Reviewed: Jan. 12, 2010
This was Amazing. The cinnamon makes the dish. It is a necessary step to cut up the meat and put it in a 400 deg oven for about 15 minutes. I would give this a 10!

A+ for flavor. A+ for ease. My 6 year old asks for this all the time.

Tangy Slow Cooker Pork Roast

Reviewed: Feb. 13, 2007
I served this for supper to company and all were very impressed. I had forgotten what time I turned the crock on and it was still moist and tender. Great flavor and soooo easy.

Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings

Reviewed: Nov. 22, 2006
I thought I was doing myself a favor by using organic cream of chicken soup and stock, but it just didn't have any flavor. My 4 year old really liked it because it was all chicken and he didn't have to pick anything out. I would definitely make this again, but I'll stick to good ol' Campbells.

Tahini Cookies

Reviewed: Nov. 22, 2006
I loved the concept of these cookies, however, my son and husband both spit them out. I used raisins instead of walnuts with the hopes these would be the be-all-end-all of toddler treats, but alas, it wasn't meant to be. I thought they tasted pretty good, but I can't eat that many!
