Mexican Mole Sauce

Loved this recipe! It's quick, easy, and uses common ingredients. I didn't have any green chiles, so subbed some jalapeno peppers ... not too many. It added a little zip without being excessively hot.

Alyson's Broccoli Salad

Love this recipe!! The only thing I did differently was to omit the bacon, as my guests do not eat red meat. I mixed the salad just before serving, it was fresh, crisp and wonderful!!

Baked Brie in Puff Pastry

Awesome recipe! I used seedless raspberry preserves and toasted slivered almonds, garnishing with fresh raspberries. It was wonderful and everyone raved about it. The only thing I would do differently is reduce the amount of puff pastry as I wrap it. I brushed it with butter, but I think the suggestion to use egg white might work better for me.
