Bow Ties with Sausage, Tomatoes and Cream

I made this for dinner tonight. I did make a couple of alterations based on my family's tastes. I added a can of miled chopped green chiles, a little more salt, and some parmesan cheese. Great recipe without the changes as well.

Banana Ice Cream Shake

OMG!!! This hit the spot! I was looking for an alternative to my usual peanut butter/banana smoothie...This was an instant hit at my home, with my boys 7 and 4 drinking it right up. I doubled the banana and added a bit more ice cream and cut down on the milk. Thanks for a great drink recipe.

Pineapple Bread Pudding

Very yummy bread pudding. Sweet, buttery and moist. I added in a dried cherry, cranbery blueberry medley, since that is what I had on hand. I will definitely be making this again!

White Chocolate Macadamia Cranberry Dreams

These little delights just came out of my oven. I substituted a cherry/blueberry/cranberry blend for the cranberries and pecans for the macadamia nuts, as that is what I had on hand. Thank you for a wonderful recipe.

Ciabatta Bread

I made this bread today, and while the dough is very sticky, floured hands will take care of that. This recipe made 2 loaves that were awfully tasty. Kids gobbled it right up. I did everything according to the recipe, except, I did not use a bread machine. This is a keeper.

Taco Pie

I made this recipe tonight and it was delicious! I added a layer of refried beans and salsa to the pie. I served it topped with more sour cream, olives, tomatoes and lettuce. Thanks for the recipe! It will definitely become a regular at my house!

Brown Sugar Meatloaf

This is the FIRST meatloaf that I have gotten my 3 year old to eat...Not to mention that I loved it too! The only thing that I did different was to mix the ketchup and brown sugar together and glazed the top of the meatloaf instead of the bottom. Great recipe!

Alyson's Broccoli Salad

Oh my GOSH!!! This was sooooooo good and tasty. This was my first time making and tasting broccoli salad, and it was awesome!!! The only thing I changed was adding 2 cups of sharp cheddar cheese. Fantastic recipe.
