Bow Ties with Sausage, Tomatoes and Cream
I made this for dinner tonight. I did make a couple of alterations based on my family's tastes. I added a can of miled chopped green chiles, a little more salt, and some parmesan cheese. Great recipe without the changes as well.

Banana Ice Cream Shake
OMG!!! This hit the spot! I was looking for an alternative to my usual peanut butter/banana smoothie...This was an instant hit at my home, with my boys 7 and 4 drinking it right up. I doubled the banana and added a bit more ice cream and cut down on the milk. Thanks for a great drink recipe.

Pineapple Bread Pudding
Very yummy bread pudding. Sweet, buttery and moist. I added in a dried cherry, cranbery blueberry medley, since that is what I had on hand. I will definitely be making this again!
