Blueberry Cream Muffins

Reviewed: Jan. 2, 2010
These were just okay for me. They were moist, but something is missing, not sure what it is.

Dried Cherries, Pecans and Rosemary Brie en Croute

Reviewed: Dec. 6, 2009
This is so good. The only thing I canged based on other reviewers was to soak the dried cherries in Grand marnier. I can't wait to make this for my next holiday party! It looks so festive.

Pasta Pork Medley

Reviewed: Oct. 22, 2009
I didn't make this as written only because I didn't have time to measure the ingredients. I used a left over Asian style pork tenderloin, added bok Choy, left out the tomatoes, and topped with leeks instead of green onions. I only made these changes due to what I had on hand and due to time restraints. I used too much peanut butter. Next time I will measure and follow the directions better. It all still came out very yummy. I also used whole wheat pasta and added chopped cashews, which I wouldn't change. Thanks for the recipe. Loved the sauce!

Apple Butter Pork Loin

Reviewed: Mar. 28, 2009
This is an easy way to make a tender pork roast. It was a little bland for my taste. I would give it a 4.5 if it was possible. I would make it again.

Barbecued Pot Roast

My family loved this. It was really good. I used the leftovers, including the sauce to make a beef stew. Double duty recipe! Yeah!

Spicy Honey Mustard Pork Roast

Reviewed: Mar. 21, 2009
Wow! Very peppery. I cut the pepper in half as suggested by some others. It was so tasty and easy. We absolutely loved this. I am always looking for recipes that come together quickly, that can be thrown in the oven, so I can do other things. This will be added to that list! thanks.

Easy Whole Wheat Peanut Butter Cookies

Reviewed: Mar. 21, 2009
My family didn't love these. I don't think they are bad for what they are made of. It is hard to get used to whole wheat taste.

Italian Spaghetti Sauce with Meatballs

Reviewed: Mar. 21, 2009
Fabulous! I made with ground beef, but will sub ground turkey breast next time so it is healthier. I also added other seasonings to the sauce. I always do that as I like a lot of flavor.

Best Chicken Ever

Reviewed: Mar. 21, 2009
this was okay. I agree that it needs more seasonings of some kind. I am always looking for something my 2 year old will eat (believe me, it is very hard) and this wasn't it. The rest of my family ate it. I will make again as it is really easy and tastes good.

Good Old Fashioned Pancakes

Reviewed: Mar. 21, 2009
this is now my fave pancake recipe. The only thing I changed for personal preference was added an 8 oz package of frozen blueberries(it makes me feel like they are healthy, lol), some vanilla, and a little more sugar (to contradict the blueberries, lol) I had a hard time getting them to be the nice combination of golden brown on the ouside and done on the inside, but I probably just needed to turn the heat down. Anyway, really great. My family liked them better than the breakfast place we go to every Saturday. Thanks for the recipe!

Amber's Sesame Chicken

My family loved this! I used six smaller chicken breasts and quadrupled the sauce. My 16 yr old ate tons of it saying it was better than takeout! Yay! Served with brown rice.
